Art therapist and mental health counselor for creative wellness tips and ideas to support work for mental health clients that are children, teenagers, adults, families, and couples in art therapy and walk-and-talk therapy in Towson, Maryland.

Founder and Art Therapist Kristy Leone, LCPC, LCPAT, ATR-BC at Labyrinth Art and Wellness, LLC is dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive space for all individuals, proudly offering gender-affirming care to support the diverse needs of our LGBTQIA+ community and creating an environment where everyone feels seen, respected, and valued. We acknowledge that we are on stolen land. The area now known as Baltimore County exists because of the forced displacement and systemic erasure of the Piscataway and Susquehannock peoples, among others whose names have been deliberately erased from history. This land was never ceded—it was taken through colonization, violence, and broken treaties. A land acknowledgment means nothing without action. We recognize that Indigenous peoples are not relics of the past; they are here, surviving and resisting despite centuries of attempted erasure.
