Get Started with Art Therapy & Walk-and-Talk Therapy in Maryland

Looking to begin therapy in a creative, supportive space for you or your family? I have availability at the following times:

• In-person art therapy sessions in Towson and Timonium, Maryland on Mondays and Tuesdays. Current openings include:

  • Tuesdays at 9:30am (weekly)

  • Tuesdays at 1:30pm (biweekly)

  • Tuesdays at 2:45pm (biweekly)

• Walk-and-talk therapy outdoors in the Perry Hall on Wednesdays and Thursday mornings. Waitlist for clients at this time due to demand, openings will be available in March 2026! Fill out contact form below to get on my waitlist.

• Virtual art therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families across Maryland on Tuesdays-Thursdays. Current openings include:

  • Wednesdays at 10am (biweekly)

  • Wednesdays at 12pm (weekly)

  • Thursdays at 10am (weekly)
